We try our best to ensure that product colours and descriptions are shown as accurately as possible on our website. However we cannot guarantee exact depiction and slight variations may occur. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

Ordering from Hamam Square

Payment for all orders is made at the point of sale, and not at the point of dispatch.
By making a purchase, you authorise Square Creativa Ltd to submit information to PayPal or Stripe for authorisation. If your PayPal or Stripe declines authorisation for any reason, Square Creativa Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay in dispatch or non-delivery. All payments are processed and authorised by PayPal or Stripe (for credit or debit card payments). All sensitive credit or debit card data entered at checkout is processed and saved on Stripe’s secure servers.
When you register for a Square Creativa Ltd account during checkout, and pay using a credit or debit card, your payment card details will be automatically saved on Stripe’s secure servers for faster checkout in the future. No sensitive data is transferred to or stored on our website or on our servers.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery charges are shown at checkout stage. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to postage restrictions imposed on us by Royal Mail or other delivery provider used. Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail, myHermes or Yodel, but sometimes we have to use alternative courier companies. You can find estimated delivery times on our Shipping Information page, but actual delivery times may vary for you depending on:
– our stock availability;
– your delivery address;
– problems or delays processing your payment; and
– circumstances impacting delivery by the postal service.
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification. Alternative delivery methods may require a signature upon delivery. You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of orders. It is your responsibility to report all lost or undelivered boxes in writing (by email to info@hamamsquare.com within 30 working days of the expected day of delivery. In the unlikely event your order is lost or undelivered, we reserve the right to either send you a replacement order, or issue a refund using the same payment method you originally used. Decision will be made after an investigating procedure between Square Creativa Ltd and the courier company that was used for the delivery of the parcel.
If you are out when your order is due to be delivered, Royal Mail or an alternative delivery company may leave a card at the address with information about collection or re-delivery. or post online via their Track and Trace system where the item has been safely delivered. The postage provider will hold the package for 18 days before returning it to us and it is your responsibility to contact them to arrange receipt of the package as soon as you can. We cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing the box if this process has not been followed. Once you have received a card with information about collection or re-delivery, it is solely your responsibility to arrange to receive your delivery or retrieve the parcel from the safe place.
If retrieval from safe location is impossible or has been denied, customer or receiver needs to inform the company of the exact steps that have been taken to retrieve the parcel and after a full investigation with the courier company costumer or receiver might be eligible for replacement. Customer or receiver must cooperate and provide the mentioned information in order to get the replacement. Customer has 30 days from placing the order to complete the claim.

• For guaranteed Royal Mail Tracked 48: Order 48 hours before  12pm – No Saturdays
• For guaranteed Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm: Last day to order is Friday before 12pm. Otherwise delivery will be on a Monday
• For guaranteed Royal Mail Special Delivery before 9am: Last day to order is Thursday before 12pm. Otherwise delivery will be on a Monday

Cancellation

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from when your order is placed and the payment is received. You may cancel your contract with Square Creativa Ltd and return an item(s) to us for a full refund (minus the original delivery costs), within 30 days of receiving your order. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email to quoting your name and order reference number.
In the event of an order cancellation on your part (a return within 30 days), you are required to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to Square Creativa Ltd. We cannot reimburse you for this cost unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In the unlikely case your order is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us by emailing at info@hamamsquare.com. We will either replace the damaged item and dispatch it free of charge within 2 working days, or refund the price you paid for the item including postage.
We reserve the right to require proof of damage: You can either photograph the damage and email it to us at info@hamamsquare.com, or return the item to our postal address
If the item is found to be faulty or damaged, we will refund the price you paid for it, and reimburse you for the returns postage. If the item is found not to be faulty or damaged, we cannot refund you for the item, or reimburse you for the return postage costs.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

Discount Codes

Discount codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once against a purchase and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as discount offers, products reduced in price, sample sale or seasonal sale. Square Creativa Ltd reserves the right to remove discount codes without warning due to insufficient stock, technical issues or misuse of a discount code. Square Creativa Ltd reserves the right to change or alter specified terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice. Square Creativa Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders if we find a discount code has been misused or used against the discount code’s terms and conditions of use without prior notice.

Student discount offer terms

Excludes charity products, gift cards and delivery costs.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code.

Student must register with *.edu email in order to receiver the discount. Please use your email supplied by the school or university you study at. Use UNiTime coupon to get 15% discount.

Anyone over the age of 15 and in full-time education including uni, college, sixth form, and high school can receive this discount.

Intellectual Property

By using this site, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the goods supplied, including copyright, design rights and trademarks belong to Square Creativa Ltd or our suppliers. All designs, text and images of Square Creativa Ltd’s products provided on the website are protected by copyright and may be reproduced only on websites which provide links to www.hamamsquare.com and where the material is clearly credited to Square Creativa Ltd, or otherwise only by the written permission of Square Creativa Ltd.

Legal Statement

Square Creativa Ltd’s total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Square Creativa Ltd to the customer. Square Creativa Ltd cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement. If any term of the Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such part shall be deemed not to form part of the Agreement but the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Square Creativa Ltd is a private limited company, having its registered office situated in England and Wales.
