Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are not able to make any changes. This is because we process the orders very quickly to ensure delivery is swift and this leaves no opportunity to change an order.
The good news is if you do find you have placed an order you no longer require, our returns process is quick and easy.

Please send us an email at info@hamamsquare.com or use the Contact Us page to notify us about the changes you want to make. If your parcel hasn’t been posted, any changes can be done immediately.
We aim to deliver between to 24-48 hours. Same day delivery unfortunately is not a service we can provide.
We’ll start processing your order as soon as you complete the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and once we dispatch your parcel, you’ll receive another email with tracking details. We’ll even let you know which courier will be delivering your parcel (depending on which delivery method you selected). So you can feel confident we’re in touch every step of the way. Use the tracking number in your dispatch email to see how your order is travelling, and to find your expected delivery date.
We dispatch orders on recognised UK bank holidays.
Standard Deliver – 2-3 Day:
If you’ve chosen free 2-3 day delivery, you will receive your order on the second or third working day (Monday – Friday) from when you placed your order. If you placed your order after 1pm then the order will be processed on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery:
If you’ve chosen next day delivery, your order order will be delivered on the next working day between the hours of 10:00 – 16:30.
International:
For International deliveries please allow up to 10 days for delivery, if you require a specific time frame for your country please contact our customer service team.
You can pay using your Debit/Credit card or Paypal. If the customer wants to pay with Direct Bank Transfer then the customer can use the Contact Us page to communicate with us and a Bank Transfer can be arranged.
Yes of course, billing address and delivery address do not have to be the same.
We don’t automatically save your payment details, but if you want us to store this information then simply remove the tick from the box when you have entered your details. Your details will then be securely stored and you will not have to re-enter them when you place your next order. We have very high security standards and you can trust us to take good care of your details. If you don’t wish to save your personal details then don’t worry – you can simply re-enter your payment details each time you make a purchase.
If something you buy turns out not to be exactly as you had imagined, we recommend you send it back to us. We fully understand that sometimes things are completely different than how they look in a screen, so please do not hesitate in returning the whole or part of your order.
Sometimes our customers purchase two or more items and they decide that they would like to return some part of the order. Upon receiving the returned items and after inspection, if the items are in perfect condition and unused then yes, we offer partial refund.
