Oh hello sweet Monday people! It was a beautiful day today and hopefully everybody had a good weekend enjoying the outdoors and the sunshine.
I spent the day roaming the beautiful streets of Guilford and ended up in a garden by the Castle, laying down in my soft Turkish Towel, soaking up the much needed sun while always respecting the rules of Social Distance.
It took me five minutes more or less to start thinking about a beautiful white sandy beach I visited last year in Sicily, a sun bed and a colourful cocktail with all the little paper umbrellas and exotic fruits. I remembered drawing circles with my toes in the sand trying to find the cooler layer deep down while my shoulders carried the heat throughout the late evening. So mentally I was anywhere else but in the UK.
My wish is that everybody keeps on dreaming about beautiful places and white sandy beaches. Life has taught each and every one of us many different lessons but there is one thing that we all know and that is:
If you can not find Spring create one of yours.
