Self healing practices have been a staple for a couple of years now.
Back in the good old days practicing Yoga and Meditation was rare and weird. We knew very little of all this. Now, we take them for granted, we practice Yoga to keep our body in harmony and we meditate to take care of our mind and our mental health.
And then there is are the breathing techniques that can heal our anxieties, reading books that can expand our horizons and teach us how to grow as humans and you take your time to look deep in and confront your demons and accept your mistakes and embrace forgiveness and acceptance.
Investing time and energy to educate ourselves is the best gift that we can give to our soul.
Healing is an awkward and uncomfortable situation. Let’s all be together in this. Let’s all hold hands and share the pain. Let’s all climb on a floaty and face the waves together.
